propagate throughout the Internet. However, you
can access your Website via your assigned IP
address within hours from the time you set it
up until your Domain Name propagates.

Why
is my Domain Name registration separate and
non-refundable?

Domain Registration fees cannot be canceled and
are non-refundable because the registration is
handled by a registration company. All hosting
companies have to pay a registration company to
register your domain.
By
these being separate, you are allowed to move
your domain to any hosting provider you prefer.
