Accounts suspended, canceled, or terminated by StrategicWebs for violating our "Web Hosting Service Agreement" or our "Terms and Conditions" do not qualify for the 30-Day Risk Free Guarantee.
For example, if an account is canceled due to spamming or another violation, no refund will be issued.
